We stand behind our product 100% and offer a limited warranty against any manufacturer defects of all EVO batteries, USB chargers, wall chargers and car chargers for a period of 1 month from the original purchase date!


      EVO Vapor products are covered under a limited 1 month warranty. To understand the warranty procedures, please read the following:

      EVO rechargeable Lithium Ion batteries are designed to be re-charged up to 300 times. The limited warranty covers battery failure within a 1 month period from the date of purchase. Should your EVO Vapor rechargeable battery fail during this warranty period, the defective battery must be returned to EVO Vapor for replacement.

1.   To begin the warranty process, first contact EVO Vapor via e-mail: sales@evovapor.com -or- call and tell us about the problem you are experiencing. Sometimes problems can be resolved with an email or quick phone call. If the problem cannot be resolved and the battery is determined to be defective, EVO Vapor will issue you an RMA number which must be clearly displayed on the outside of the box when you ship the defective battery back. Disposable batteries cannot be recharged and are not covered under this warranty.

      ***If there is no RMA number issued or written on the return package, the return will not be processed. EVO Vapor does not pay return freight on your shipment, but will ship out the replacement free of charge. Warranty shipping methods are left to EVO Vapor discretion. If you would prefer a different or faster shipping method, we offer Express Mail services at additional charge to you.

2.   Your original sales receipt must accompany the defective battery for a warranty replacement. Include the original sales receipt and the defective battery from the original purchase including a short note about the defective item or problem you are having. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package and be sure and include your return mailing address.

3.   Warrantable defective batteries deemed defective by EVO Vapor personnel and returned to EVO Vapor with the proper RMA number displayed on the outside of the box will result in a new replacement battery being shipped to you.

4.   DISCLAIMER. Any other warranties, except for the one described herein, whether expressed or implied is hereby disclaimed; including any warranty of merchantability and or fitness for a particular purpose. Your sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty is repair or replacement of a defective battery.

Important! notes:

       Use ONLY EVO Vapor charging adapters when charging EVO Vapor rechargeable batteries. Use of a different or 3rd party charger or any other charger except the charger that came with your starter kit will damage your battery and void your warranty. Using a third party charger or one that is NOT the charger shipped with your starter kit can result in the battery over heating which could then explode or cause a fire, potentially resulting in bodily injury or property damage. Broken batteries, stripped threads, immersion in water, exposure to excessively high temps or any type of visible damage to the EVO Vapor battery will void your warranty. If you return a physically damaged battery no warranty replacement will be sent, and the return will be discarded.
